A modern update to a home, that takes full advantage of the sweeping views of the adjacent open space preserve. Though large enough for the family of three, their existing house had a lot of unused space in the wrong places. To create a beautiful indoor/outdoor family room, the space occupied by a seldom-used bedroom was combined with the small patio outside of the kitchen, seamlessly connecting the pool area with the kitchen and great room, resulting in the ideal home for entertaining.
